The Granada Golf Club is a magnificent 18-hole course just 45 minutes car journey from Buenavista. Described as testing and undulating it has an extremely varied layout and is in a beautiful location on the lee side of the Sierra Nevada. It is a well maintained course with the most spectacular views. The facilities include an excellent practice course, putting and chipping greens, bunkers, paddle-tennis and tennis courts, as well as a swimming pool. The club house has everything the golfer could ask for and the restaurant serves a wide variety of the best Mediterranean dishes, including local Granada delicacies. Its outdoor terraces provide wonderful views of the Granada plain and the Sierra Nevada. Buggies are available and it is also possible to hire golf clubs.
