This unique trekking centre is based in hills just seven kms down the road from Buenavista. The centre offers treks and trail rides according to the riders wishes and ability. You can explore this beautiful part of Spain, riding free from traffic and walkers, following secret trails in the wonderful countryside.

Trekking in La Chaparra 

 

Sarah's knowledge of the local terrain means that she knows all the best trails to suit her riders. Horses suitable for complete beginners to experienced riders are available and your guides will ensure that you are placed on treks with those of similar experience levels.  This area of Spain is steeped in history and rich in culture and the trails will take you into remote areas.

Half hour trek 12.50 euros 

One hour trek 25 euros  

Two hour trek 35 euros 

Three hour trek 50 euros 

Four hour trek 65 euros 

Full day with picnic lunch 85 euros 

1 hour lesson with qualified BHS instructor:

Children from the age of 5 are welcome and may ride with other children of similar ages. Lessons can be given to 4 year olds and above.  Whilst out on the hills you will be surrounded by almond, olive and citrus groves still tended to by man and his mule".
